  Ω   Provision of supervisory services towards RT-RC Spool Piece Installation, BPI MGR of Existing Platforms and SPM Maintenance: Provision of management personnel for onshore and offshore to facilitate BPI & MGR of Cairn platforms, Maintenance of SOFEC calm buoy and planning, installation, testing and commissioning of the RT-RC pipeline. The pipeline had to be cut and recovered in manageable sections to facilitate the Mud mat type rig Aban II. Given the various constraints, the removal and re-instatement of the Spool in sections of 12 to 15 meters was the only option, which was technically feasible, cost effective and of the lowest risk.
       
  Ω   The removal of the spool in sections and its re-instatement was executed in conjunction with the existing marine spread. With the addition of an “A” frame to the vessel the spool could be dismantled and cut in sections, safely recovered and flanges added and re-instated within 2 meters of an existing co-flexi live oil line.

   Ω   Providing services towards Platform Maintenance: Underwater inspection for DNV Certification. Job scope includes Marine Growth removal, Platform As-built Survey, Inspection Type I, Type II and Type III, Riser inspection and remedial works. Debris Survey and recovery. 
         
   Ω   Clamp-on: Pre Engineering Survey followed by Installation of additional Conductor Guide Buckets to facilitate installation of additional conductors on the North face of the existing Platform. Preparation of the member included underwater cutting of obstructions including anodes, flush grinding of the stubs and cleaning the member to SA 2 ½. The clamps were installed using static rigging from the spider deck and the clamps were tightened to the required torque using underwater hydraulic impact wrench. Post installation UT & CP survey. The job also involved cutting on surface and underwater to facilitate removal and recovery of sections of the boat landing. Post installation as-built and taut wire video survey. 
         
   Ω   Pipeline Removal and Replacement: Removal of existing 10” Dual service (WI/OIL) pipeline section spool pieces to accommodate Jack-up rig foot print and reinstallation of the same followed by assistance in hydro testing. The pipeline flanges were wrapped using clear plastic (hydro test was conducted using vegetable based dye) to check for leaks. 
         
   Ω   Boat landing Repairs: Removal of existing rubber fenders and replacing the same by bolting new angles to the existing support pate and installing ‘D’ Type rubber fenders. 
         
   Ω   Anode Installation on existing pipelines: Installation of sledge type Anodes on existing buried pipelines. The job involved excavating the pipelines with a combination of H.P. Water jetting and mud lifting. Concrete removal in 3” square sections of the weight coating and bitumastic to facilitate installation of continuity cable. 
         
   Ω   Assistance provided for installation of new pipelines: Job included stinger checks, pipeline profiling. Pipeline location and recovery. Installation of Bow string on the plat, form. Removal of buoyancy tanks installed to facilitate shore pull. 
         
   Ω   Pipeline stabilization: Job carried out by installation of Grout Bags using Grouting system at strategic locations and assistance in Hydro test of the Pipeline. 
         
   Ω   Installation of Riser clamps of 14”, 10” & 8” at at 5 locations: Job included preparation of location, measurement, marking, cutting off of obstructions using underwater ultra thermic rods and recovery of the obstructions, Launching and installation of clamps, tightening the bolts to the required torque, CP and UT survey followed by the post installation taut wire survey. 
         
   Ω   Riser installation of varied sizes 14”, 10” & 8” risers: Job included preparation of members at various elevations of 4 platforms. Guiding and installation of the risers in existing clamps, securing the riser followed CP survey, UT survey and post installation survey. 
         
   Ω   Spool piece Tie Inns: Job scope included installation of spool pieces of 14” and 8”.  The spools were wet stowed to a maximum distance of 50 meters from the point of installation and had to be located, excavated using a combination of water jetting and mud lifting. The spools had a combination of WNF, SNF and MAF. The 14” (OIL) Tie In spools was up to a total length of 67.58 meters out of which the longest and heaviest was 44.2 meters weighing 17.63 MT, whereas, the 8” were 2 segments of pipeline totaling to 279 meters in 7 sections. All the installation of the spools was undertaken using underwater lift bags. Job scope also included stabilization of the pipeline segments at strategic locations. The pipeline flanges were wrapped using clear plastic (hydro test was conducted using vegetable based dye) to check for leaks followed by a post installation survey for class certification. 
         
   Ω   Installation of Riser protectors: Job scope included surface preparation, measuring, marking, transfer of the protector onto static rigging and installation. This was followed by an underwater post installation survey including CP and UT survey.

Hydro-Testing and stabilizing of pipelines using grout bags. 
         
   Ω   CALM BUOY Maintenance: Job scope includes weekly, monthly, quarterly, 6 monthly, annual and 5 yearly maintenance for the upkeep of ABS class certification. Job performed also include sub sea hose change out, Floating hose string change out, Breakaway coupling inspection and change out, PLEM inspection and maintenance, Hydro-Testing of the facility, Back flushing operations to facilitate maintenance, Pile chain replacement, In-situ Boogie wheel and track replacement, inspection and maintenance of Telemetry system, Mooring Hauser replacement and any other emergency repairs that needed to be undertaken.

   Ω   The Job scope involved installation of Geo-tubes with dimensions 1.2m x 3m (after filling) & 19.9m in length, on either side of the 42" SBHT Pipeline and installation of Top Geo-tube with dimensions as 0.8m X 2m (after filling) & 19.9m in length. PVC coated Gabions of sizes 2m X 1m X 1m & 1m X 1m X 1m were installed as per the approved drawing provided by the Client for Remedial work of the 42" SBHT Pipeline at Umbhrat.
   Ω   In one segment of 19.9m there were: 2 nos. Geo-tubes of dimension 1.2m X 3m (after filling), 1 no. Geo-tube of dimension 0.8m X 2m (after filling), 76 nos. - Gabions of dimension 2m X 1m X 1m & 323 nos. - Gabions of dimension 1m X 1m X 1m installed.

   Ω   We completed 19 such segments as per the approved scope of work from Client and installed a total of 1134m of Geo-tube and 1444 nos. of PVC coated Gabions of dimension 2m X 1m X 1m & 6137 nos. of PVC coated Gabions of dimension 1m X 1m X 1m.

   Ω   To carry out the as-found survey of the old PLEM (Ammonia) and PLEM Foundation using CCTV for removal of old PLEM which had reached the end of its design life.
Marine growth removal was carried out on the stabbing pins, locking pins & lifting pad eyes.
       
   Ω   Lifting analysis of the load was carried out prior the diving operations commenced onboard the Barge. During the lifting of the old PLEM, 02 nos. NKT flexible lines were connected to the PLEM and the same was being monitored by the diver (bending radius of the flexible lines) during the lifting of the PLEM. The old PLEM was rested on the Barge deck and the NKT flexible lines were secured on the deck.                    
The new PLEM was positioned & aligned with respect to 02 nos. NKT flexible lines on Barge deck. The 02 nos. NKT flexible lines were connected, bolted & tightened up to 240 Nm to the new PLEM.
       
   Ω   The back seal test & pressure test was conducted on both flexible lines and was witnessed by the Client and DNV surveyor.
       
   Ω   The new PLEM along with the 02 nos NKT flexible lines & Dunlop hoses was lowered to the subsea base foundation on the original location and was rested on the three stabbing pins in the new PLEM’s guide buckets.
